Services

Water and buildings

Two things a standard sub-slab system does not touch: radon arriving through a private well, and buildings that are not houses.

Radon-in-water aeration system

Point-of-entry aeration for private wells carrying radon into the house through the plumbing. The half of the problem an air system can't reach.

$3,800 – $6,500 typical range, not a quote

Granular activated carbon water treatment

A carbon bed that adsorbs radon out of well water. Cheaper than aeration, less effective at high concentrations, and it needs siting with care.

$1,200 – $2,200 typical range, not a quote

Commercial, school and multi-family mitigation

Room-by-room measurement and phased design for schools, child-care, multi-family and commercial slabs, usually starting at the HVAC rather than the floor.

$6,000 – $45,000 typical range, not a quote

Soil vapour intrusion mitigation

Sub-slab systems for chlorinated solvent and petroleum vapours. Same hardware as radon, an entirely different regulatory route.

$5,000 – $30,000 typical range, not a quote
